Frequently Asked Questions

What level is this course for?

This course is intended for absolute beginners up to intermediate players and everything in between. From my experience, many players who think they're intermediate to advanced end up being a beginner grade 2-3 student after a 1-1 evaluation: bad posture, bad habits, and not playing legato are usually the culprits. If you're in doubt, send me a message! Officially, the course takes you through Prep-Grade to the end of Grade 3 (beginner levels)

Do I have to know strumming to start playing fingerstyle tabs?

Absolutely not!! the course starts you from the very beginning (your very first note) and takes you up to the end of beginner levels. Knowing how to strum can be an advantage, but starting with fingerstyle instead of strumming has no disadvantage whatsoever

Do I need a low G ukulele to play along this course?

This course covers the principles and techniques behind fingerstyle, which can be applied to any ukulele tuning - it can even be applied to the guitar if you want, a low G ukulele is not required. All pieces have tabs for Low G and Baritone, out of the 40 songs, about 22 are available for high G. My honest recommendation though: if you only have a high g ukulele, start the course, and plan to get a low g at some point since fingerstyle is more suited for wider register tuning

What is the return policy?

A full refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase date as long as you have accessed less than 15 lessons. If you feel like you need more time, contact me! The watch limit is set in place to prevent piracy

Do I have to pay for future upgrades?

No, you will have access to all future version 2.0 upgrades at no extra charge. If version 3.0 gets released, it will be considered a new course and you'd have to enroll in it, albeit you'll be offered a major discount. You won't lose your access to version 2.0

Do I have access to the course for life?

You have access to the entire course for its lifetime. If the course were ever to go offline, students would be provided with 6 months notice.
